Pres-On can help you meet every one of your needs with our expert converting services. While Pres-On single- and double-coated foams, tapes and free films offer clean, quick bonding, fastening, assembling and protecting, we provide these services to complete your job:
Slitting
Our single-knife slitters are capable of handling varying materials and roll sizes, from 3/16" to 63" wide and 25" in diameter.
Spooling & Reeling
Longer lengths and longer runs increase efficiency and reduce cost. In fact, spooling can handle as much as 40 times more material per roll. Our spoolers can handle plastic films, non-woven fabrics, composites, coated and uncoated paper, other coated products and laminates, adhesive tapes and many other materials.
Rewinding
Pres-On rewinding is available for rolls up to 70" in diameter and down to a finished roll size of 6" to 45" in diameter.
Rotary Die-Cutting
Our die-cutters handle thin-gauge materials up to 1/8" thick with available widths from 1/2" to 16".
Punch Pressing
Punch pressing provides kiss-cut material on rolls, in pods or die-cut individually. Press sizes range from 11" x 15" to 38" x 54" with much of the tooling maintenance and re-ruling of dies done in-house to reduce downtime.
Pres-On provides simple two-layer laminates, as well as complex, multi-layer processes.
