• Prices may vary from those shown in catalogs and price list if required by fluctuation of materials, labor and other costs.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Order may be combined to earn quantity discounts.
• We reserve the right to supply intermediate lengths as necessary.
• We reserve the right to over-ship by 5% due to yield.
• Returned goods shipments must be prepaid. No material will be accepted without prior written permission from PRES-ON Corporation.
• Minimum billing of $125.00 with a $35.00 processing fee, if under $200.00.
• Die-cut orders less than $500.00 will be assessed a $35.00 set-up charge.
• CONDITION OF SALE: The following is made in lieu of all warranties, express or implied. Seller’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended use and user assumes all risk liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be changed except by an agreement signed by an officer of seller.
