Pres-On utilizes an advanced, proprietary method to apply adhesive to its products that results in better anchorage and gasketing properties. Our process uses heated, liquid adhesive to evenly and completely fill every peak and valley of the material's surface. Then, we apply even more adhesive — for a total of up to 3.0 mils — to create 100% adhesive anchorage. Competitive products only use 1.6 mils of adhesive surface coating on top of a mylar liner so anchorage is not as strong. See our chart below:
